Tree Planting RES

 

   

In honor of an age old tradition, memorial   trees were planted in Ridgely’s Railroad Memorial Park. Ridgely Elementary School (RES)   5^th graders planted a tree the morning of April 19th, 2011.

       After  skipping  a year, the 5^th Graders at RES    once again marched down from the school and planted a tree in the park on April  19th, 2013.

On May 8th, 2014, RES 5^th Graders for a third         time planted a tree in the park. You can see the tree planted in 2013 in  the background.

                               

                  Tree planting #4 in celebration of Arbor Day occurred on April 24th, 2015.
